Wholesale Policy — Fashion Du Scent

At Fashion Du Scent, we welcome wholesale partnerships with boutiques, retailers, online shops, gift stores, fashion businesses, and other approved resellers. Our goal is to build long-term relationships while providing quality handmade and carefully selected products at competitive wholesale prices.
1. Wholesale Eligibility
Wholesale purchasing is available to approved businesses, including:
- Boutiques and fashion stores
- Online retailers and e-commerce shops
- Gift and specialty stores
- Resellers and distributors
- Event and corporate gift businesses
- Other approved commercial buyers
Fashion Du Scent reserves the right to approve or decline wholesale applications at its discretion.
2. Wholesale Minimum Order
Wholesale orders may be subject to a minimum order quantity (MOQ) or minimum wholesale order value.
The applicable minimum will depend on the product category and current wholesale program.
Minimum quantities may also apply to individual designs, colors, sizes, or product variations.
3. Wholesale Pricing
Wholesale prices are different from regular retail prices and will be provided to approved wholesale customers.
- Wholesale pricing is confidential and intended for approved wholesale buyers.
- Prices may vary depending on order quantity and product type.
- Fashion Du Scent reserves the right to change wholesale prices when necessary.
- Any applicable taxes, customs duties, shipping charges, or other fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders must be confirmed before production or fulfillment begins.
An order is considered confirmed once:
- Product quantities and specifications have been agreed upon.
- The wholesale price has been confirmed.
- Payment or the agreed deposit has been received.
- Any required custom specifications have been approved.
Changes to an order may not be possible after production or processing has started.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, wholesale orders require payment before shipment.
For larger or custom orders, Fashion Du Scent may require a deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance due before shipment.
Approved credit terms, if offered, will be subject to separate written agreement.
6. Handmade and Custom Products
Many Fashion Du Scent products are handmade or made-to-order.
Because of the handmade nature of our products, minor variations may occur in:
- Color
- Fabric texture
- Pattern placement
- Stitching
- Measurements
- Finishing details
These variations are considered part of the handmade character of the products and do not necessarily constitute defects.
For custom wholesale orders, buyers should provide accurate specifications and approve designs, samples, or other details when requested.
7. Production and Lead Times
Wholesale production times depend on:
- Product type
- Order quantity
- Customization requirements
- Material availability
- Current production capacity
Estimated lead times will be communicated when the wholesale order is confirmed.
Unexpected delays may occur due to material shortages, supplier issues, shipping disruptions, holidays, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
8. Shipping
Wholesale orders may be shipped using a courier or shipping service selected by Fashion Du Scent or agreed upon with the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Shipping charges may be calculated separately from the wholesale product price.
Once the order has been handed over to the shipping provider, delivery times are generally outside Fashion Du Scent’s direct control.
9. Inspection Upon Delivery
Wholesale buyers should inspect their shipment promptly after receiving it.
If products arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, the buyer should contact Fashion Du Scent within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
- Wholesale order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos of the affected products
- Photos of the packaging, when relevant
We may request additional information to investigate the issue.
10. Wholesale Returns and Refunds
Wholesale products are generally non-returnable and non-refundable due to change of mind, unsold inventory, incorrect ordering, or changes in the buyer’s business requirements.
However, Fashion Du Scent may provide a replacement, exchange, credit, or refund when:
- The wrong products were supplied.
- Products arrive damaged or defective.
- Products are substantially different from the confirmed order.
- Another issue is confirmed to be the responsibility of Fashion Du Scent.
Approved returns must receive authorization before products are shipped back.
11. Unsold Inventory
Fashion Du Scent does not guarantee that wholesale buyers will sell all purchased products.
Wholesale buyers are responsible for their own:
- Inventory management
- Retail pricing
- Marketing
- Advertising
- Sales channels
- Customer relationships
Unsold merchandise is generally not eligible for return or refund.
12. Resale Pricing
Wholesale customers may establish their own retail prices, subject to any applicable laws and any specific written agreements with Fashion Du Scent.
Wholesale customers must not make false, misleading, or unauthorized claims about Fashion Du Scent products.
13. Brand and Product Representation
Wholesale partners may use approved product images, descriptions, logos, and marketing materials for legitimate resale purposes where permitted.
Wholesale customers must not:
- Claim Fashion Du Scent products as their own manufactured products.
- Alter or remove Fashion Du Scent branding without permission.
- Make unauthorized claims about product materials, benefits, origin, or performance.
- Use Fashion Du Scent’s intellectual property in a misleading manner.
14. Exclusivity
Wholesale purchasing does not automatically provide territorial, product, or market exclusivity.
Any exclusive arrangement must be separately agreed upon in writing and may require minimum purchase commitments or other conditions.
15. Wholesale Account Termination
Fashion Du Scent may suspend or terminate a wholesale relationship if a buyer:
- Fails to pay outstanding balances.
- Provides fraudulent or misleading information.
- Misuses Fashion Du Scent branding or intellectual property.
- Violates this Wholesale Policy.
- Engages in activities that may negatively affect the Fashion Du Scent brand.
Any outstanding legitimate payment obligations will remain due after termination.
16. Confidentiality
Wholesale customers should keep confidential any non-public wholesale pricing, special offers, supplier information, product development information, or other commercially sensitive information provided by Fashion Du Scent.
17. Wholesale Partnerships
We value long-term relationships with our wholesale partners and aim to provide reliable communication, quality products, and professional service.
