1. Seller Eligibility

Sellers must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account, including:

3. Product Listings

  • Materials or fabrics, where relevant
  • Product dimensions or measurements when applicable
  • Clear and accurate photographs
  • Processing and estimated shipping times

Sellers must not use misleading descriptions, false claims, fake reviews, or inaccurate product photographs.

4. Prohibited Products

Sellers may not list products that are illegal, stolen, counterfeit, fraudulent, unsafe, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

Fashion Du Scent may remove listings or take action against accounts that violate this policy.

5. Pricing

Sellers are responsible for setting accurate product prices.

Fashion Du Scent may establish promotional campaigns or marketplace discounts subject to separate promotional terms.

6. Order Fulfillment

Repeated failure to fulfill orders may result in restrictions or suspension of seller privileges.

7. Shipping

Sellers should provide accurate shipping estimates and promptly notify customers of significant delays.

Customers should not be charged unexpected shipping fees that were not clearly disclosed before purchase.

8. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Sellers must honor the return, refund, and exchange terms applicable to their products and applicable consumer protection laws.

If a customer receives:

  • The wrong product
  • A damaged product
  • A defective product
  • A product that materially differs from its listing

the seller may be required to provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement, exchange, repair, or refund.

Custom-made or personalized products may have different return conditions when clearly disclosed before purchase and where permitted by applicable law.

9. Customer Service

Sellers are expected to communicate professionally and respectfully with customers.

Sellers should respond to customer inquiries within a reasonable timeframe and attempt to resolve complaints fairly.

Harassment, threats, abusive language, discriminatory conduct, or inappropriate communication with customers is not permitted.

10. Seller Fees & Payments

Where applicable, Fashion Du Scent may charge sellers marketplace fees, transaction fees, listing fees, advertising fees, or other service charges.

Any applicable fees should be disclosed to sellers before they become payable.

Seller payouts may be subject to order verification, refunds, disputes, payment processing, or other applicable marketplace procedures.

11. Reviews & Ratings

Customers may provide reviews and ratings based on their purchasing experience.

Sellers must not:

  • Create fake reviews.
  • Purchase reviews.
  • Manipulate ratings.
  • Threaten customers for leaving negative feedback.
  • Offer inappropriate incentives in exchange for positive reviews.

Sellers may respond to reviews professionally and factually.

12. Intellectual Property

Sellers must have the necessary rights or permissions to use product photographs, logos, artwork, designs, trademarks, descriptions, and other content uploaded to Fashion Du Scent.

Sellers must not upload content that infringes another person’s or company’s intellectual property rights.

Fashion Du Scent may remove content when there is a credible intellectual property complaint or other legitimate reason.

13. Seller Content

By submitting photographs, product descriptions, logos, videos, or other content for use on Fashion Du Scent, the seller grants Fashion Du Scent permission to display and use that content for operating, promoting, and marketing the seller’s products on the marketplace, subject to the seller’s ownership rights.

14. Prohibited Seller Activities

Sellers must not:

  • Provide false account information.
  • Conduct fraudulent transactions.
  • Manipulate orders or reviews.
  • Sell counterfeit products.
  • Misrepresent products or materials.
  • Circumvent Fashion Du Scent fees or marketplace systems.
  • Use another seller’s identity without authorization.

  • Upload malicious or harmful content.
  • Engage in unlawful activity through the marketplace.

15. Seller Account Suspension

Fashion Du Scent may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate a seller account when there is a violation of this Seller Policy, Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or when necessary to protect customers and the marketplace.

Depending on the circumstances, Fashion Du Scent may remove individual listings, hold or adjust payouts where legally permitted, restrict selling privileges, or permanently close an account.

16. Seller Responsibility

Sellers are responsible for their products, listings, transactions, taxes, licenses, permits, intellectual property rights, and legal obligations applicable to their business.

Sellers should obtain professional advice when necessary to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

17. Policy Changes

Fashion Du Scent may update this Seller Policy from time to time. Updated policies will be published on the website with a revised Last Updated date.

Continued use of the seller platform after an updated policy takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy, subject to applicable law.
